the fog of all this living
slowly dissipates
like clouds clearing at sunset

very nice tanka. It is clean and precise. I love the last line. the poem follows to a concise conclusion.
Haunting, Sara, an especially satisfying last line, and beautiful work with the tanka form.
Nice imagery expressing a feeling.
The ideas of peace and hope are beautifully articulated in this short poem. That’s hard to do, Sara!
Lovely poem . It captures the serenity of the moment.
